Graduation
When you turn 26 years old you graduate from TRAILS. I need to plan ahead and think about where I want to live when I am older. I also have to decide if I want to attend a program after I am done at TRAILS.

Summer Fun
We are getting close to the end of the school year. We will be on summer break in 2 months. I will have a schedule to follow every day. I need to find a activities to do in my community. I can connect with my friends to make plans during the summer.
New York
I like to travel. My favorite way to travel is using a Train. If I could travel anywhere in the world I would go to New York. I would like to see Statue of Liberty while traveling. One more thing I would do on my trip is Bronx Zoo.
I am Social
I like taking with others. I like being social. One of my favorite ways to be social with friends is going to a Playground. Another way I am social is Playing Catch.
