On Sunday our clocks will be set an hour ahead for Daylight Saving time. This means we will be losing an hour of sleep. To help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour earlier This will help me feel well rested. I will go to bed at 9:00 PM. The positive part about Daylight Savings is we will have more sunlight in the morning. Sunlight coming through the window in the morning will make it easier to wake up.
